Can anybody help me?

I have been refused DLA and have appealed. I have been sent a date for a tribunal. I dont understand all the legal jargon and because I have difficulty coping with stress really feel I could do with someone to represent me.I have tried CAB but they dont do tribunals in my area. Can anyone suggest where I can go to get some help?
