Sunday nights when you were young ???

I have real memories of sunday nights. Coming down stairs freezing cold after a bath mum would have the fire built up she would dry me and put my night things on, then she would make us sandwiches and we would watch Hart to Hart we loved that. I am surprised how meny people have strong memories about it when i have posted it before it made peeps smile..:)

Yes OMG I know where your coming from, I remember going to bed after a bath and hearing the music from tales of the unexpected in bed.

Yes I have fond memories too!....Especially staying at my Grandma Minnies'..She would pop me into a lovely warm tin bath by the fire and then after all dried she would snuggle me into bed,read me a story and tell me that the world is waiting for me and there is a place for me,and that made me feel so warm and wanted!...Sadly I lost her last year,but the memories she brought to me will stay forever!....

'Tales of the Unexpected' used to freak me out when I was a kid, especially the dancing woman in the titles! Spooky!
