I hope these people succeed, it's daft that one part of the 'care' industry can give out DPs and another can't or won't when esentially, the service received is very similar in both cases. If they succeed, it might help to unite services more too and *maybe* reduce the complexity and cost of delivering services, meaning etter services and outcomes for us (oh, is that my wishful thinking again!).
