Hello,
am found out about SS off ouch [BBCs disability forum],SS looks great, really like vbulletin as well, don't seem to see it much now [maybe it's just because there's more free software available].
Find it so much easier to use, than Ouchs software.

Am 'RealmOfRats' on ouch, but use KingdomOfRats on blog and WrongPlanet,as they were names for the massive rat cage am used to have with dad [a superpet ferret kingdom cage],back before was moved out by SS .

Am twenty four, female, like cats more than anything, have 'severe' autism,'severe' TC seizures,'profound' hyperacusis [it's what the extreme opposite to deafness is],MLD [multiple learning disabilities],and have temperary sensory overload induced full paralysis in both legs.

Am live in a very bad council run residential home, but have a extra NAS support staff team that come into the home to help am as well.Am going to be on a documentary on a BBC channel this year about autism [not been introduced to the programme people yet] and the NAS think that will help a lot towards current situation.

Like going out for drives up to places like alderly edge, and driving a remote control car- the thunder tiger phoenix ST.

Also, before am end up offending someone [hope do not,do not like offending others],as part of own autism,am have a problem with pronouns meaning 'am' is the only self word am able to process for describing self, had learnt some other words by rote memory a few years ago but they were at cost to self -when it came to using text or a forum as was able to see them and would spend all day staring at the screen, overloaded by one word,so ended up back to old ways, which eased a lot of overload on self...but it has caused some users offence on an autism and asperger forum of all places.

Hi Emma, lovely to meet you and welcome to this site. Thank you for letting us know a little more about you - I'm sure many people here will take your disability into account in reading your posts, so try not to worry. I certainly didn't have any trouble reading and understanding your first post - and thank you for your comments re AVG! If there is a problem, either let Snowy or a moderator know by PM, I'm sure they will do everything they can to help you. In the meantime, I really hope you enjoy being a part of SocialSpace. I haven't been here very long myself and it's already proving great place of fun and support, where people can make friends too. And that's what it's all about, so do join in and have fun! :D
