Yes!....Has it ever happened to you?...I should use one of those dispensers but they are useless,so I just snap a piece off with my mouf....

No, I don't know what you have to do. I avoid taking anything as much as possible, so the most I do at the mo is pop a few pills in a day. I don't envy people having to take more or inject themselves etc.
